I got happy news today. Mike has a job interview next week, and it is in a field he wants to get into. My fingers are crossed. It will be nice to have an income other than my EI, and we can save the rest of his severance package.
I love my husband, but I will happy to give him a kiss each morning as he leaves for work. Since he was working from home before getting laid off, we have both been home for the past 8 months. It is a true test of our relationship. Although, having him home has made dealing with Kiera a little easier. Once he is back to work, we have to look at my job.
